We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

The SoDo Flats community comes well equipped with a resort-style pool, outdoor grilling and kitchen area, a dog park, disc golf, on-site parking, and a leasing office. 

Our apartment homes offer high-speed WiFi, smart home technology, in-home washer & dryers, stainless steel dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, granite counter tops, and vinyl flooring. 

Each apartment comes equipped with it's own WiFi network.Our internet service provider, Smartaira (formerly Lux Speed), provides 24/7 customer service, ensuring you stay connected at all times. Setup instructions will be provided during the move-in process.
