Where is SoDo Flats located and what’s nearby?
SoDo Flats is located at 3435 S Orange Ave in Orlando’s SoDo District — South of Downtown. The neighborhood is one of the most exciting areas in Orlando, with restaurants, shops, schools, and entertainment steps from your door.
Drive north on Orange Avenue to reach downtown Orlando. Drive south toward Kissimmee and the International Drive corridor. I-4 access is minutes away. Within the neighborhood, you can walk to groceries, dining, and late-night options with ease.
What fees does SoDo Flats charge?
SoDo Flats charges a $75 application fee.
Residents are charged a monthly $125 fee covering WiFi, water, trash, and pest control.
