Drive north on Orange Avenue to reach downtown Orlando. Drive south toward Kissimmee and the International Drive corridor. I-4 access is minutes away. Within the neighborhood, you can walk to groceries, dining, and late-night options with ease.

SoDo Flats charges a $75 application fee.

Residents are charged a monthly $125 fee covering WiFi, water, trash, and pest control.
